Multiple profiles for children

My children seem to have multiple profiles/BSA IDs that I think need to be merged:

Child 1:

  • Member ID 141785324
  • Member ID 142152096 - This profile seems to be empty of all advancement information and needs to be updated/merged with the other profile

Child 2

  • Member ID 140433821
  • Member ID 142152094 - This profile seems to be empty of all advancement information and needs to be updated/merged with the other profile

@etruongcao It looks like the Scouts are registered in 2 different councils.

Are they active in both? If so, it’s best not to merge the Scoutbook accounts.

Yes, they are active in both councils. If the profiles aren’t merged, is there a way to update the empty profiles so that they reflect the full advancement information?

When a Scout is registered in more than one council, it usually works best to pick one unit (and council) to be responsible for recording the Scout’s advancements.

If you could let us know which unit and council is responsible for recording the advancements, we could put that member ID number on the Scoutbook profile with the advancements.
