Multiple registration attempts get Error: No pg person email found

*Hi! I am trying to multiple my Scouts into a ship and a crew and am getting the following
Error
Our Appologies, but we are experiencing an error on our end. Please contact your local council to report it.Error: No pg person email found

My MID is* 12786442, my Scouts (Twins) are 133220702 and 133187734

I went in and made sure all the info I can get to is clean. They are both registered in the Troop as well as Council camp staff. I am assuming there is a Parent/Guardian linking issue somehow from what I have been told.

I do not know what is causing this error. Are the Crew and Ship in San Diego Imperial Counil? If they are, I do not see anything in your record that would cause this issue. I suggest contacting your Council.

I tried to help her in person last night. Yes all units and individuals are SDIC 49. We cleaned up extra addresses (duplicate instances with the same info and/or address duplicated on the line 2 for all individuals). One of the Scouts had Koleen’s email as a secondary email. There is older history of duplicate MIDs, but that should have been completely cleaned a few years ago. There were also some issues with Jamboree registration last time. Everything I can access is clean, so assuming its something deeper in I cant see.

You will need to contact your Council for assistance. The my.scouting.org team does not monitor the forums. If the Council staff does not know what is happening and how to fix it they will need to open a ticket with Scouting America Member Care.
