@DiyanaMiriyala I have merged the parent’s Scoutbook accounts.
However, her parent / child “relationships” (at my.Scouting) are split between the 2 member ID numbers (MIDs). I recommend that she contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up her children. In the “Relationships” tab / section, she should be listed as parent only under her primary MID 135813918. They should remove her as parent under any other MIDs. This will help prevent future issues, such as the creation of duplicate Scoutbook accounts.
