I’m running the activity report and noticed that it is stating scouts didn’t attend the trip/event although i know they were there. When I go into the event they are listed. Am I doing something wrong?
Being listed as an invitee and being marked as attending are different. The Blue Toggles in Invitee panel for event are Attendance
They are listed as attending via campout.
This leaves me to think there is a breakage in the linking.
No that is a Camping Log - not a calendar event - attendance is based on Calendar Events not Activity Logs
Do you have a calendar event and a log for that event
Well that just doesn’t make sense as the two items are linked.
Yes, I have now flipped the switch on the attendance but now I have to do this for every event
The system should be smarter if camping is added to even those people obviously attended
Well as you could have Camping, Hiking and Service tied to the same event and not all scouts did all things, that is why attendance is sperate - so the data is accurate
