When I log in to Scoutbook, my Dashboard only shows Administration and My Account. It does not show my connections or units. I am a Troop Admin but I cannot do anything at all
What do you see when you click on Administration? (It’s an expandable menu.)
My Account and that is all. No connections. No units.
This has been going on for about a week. It has been reported.
@MichaelHageman - what is your registered position in the unit ? What do you see when you log into my.scouting.org ?
Assistant Scoutmaster. I am a Troop Admin in Scoutbook.
My.scouting.org works fine. I can see everything I normally see.
This problem occurs in all browsers that I have and on my computer as well as my phone.
My daughter logged in on my phone and it worked fine for her
