On https://my.scouting.org/ my last name is wrong. I originally setup my account at scoutbook.com. Then linked my account for SSO. Now my last name is showing as “Intelligent”. I appreciate the complement lol, but that is incorrect. I can edit the profile info, but not my name. How can I get this corrected?
Try logging in at my.scouting.org, click on the avatar picture in the upper right corner, then My Account. See if you can update your full name.
No, the field isn’t editable.
If your name is also locked in Scoutbook under Edit Profile, then I think you will probably need to contact your local council for assistance.
This is consistent with my experience since the change that locked names in Scoutbook profiles. Any corrections folks have needed must go through our Registrar.

If your name is wrong in my.scouting.org, the only solution is to contact your council to have them fix it.
