My.scouting.org lists cubscout as "active" but I don't see her in scoutbook

One of my cubscouts is not visible in scoutbook.

I believe, she may have accidentally been transferred to a scout troop when her older brother bridged earlier this year. However, when I try to “Transfer in” using my.scouting.org, I get a message –
“<> have an active registration in this organization. There is no need to transfer.”

BSA Number – 13954297
Pack 275, National Capital Area Council

How should I troubleshoot this?
