Request help with Training Manager.

Role: Unit Adv Chair (confirmed role & status current in my account)
Issue: While in the Training Manager application, selecting Add/Search. Then under Add Training, I can select BSA, ILST, and enter a date. However, when I select Add Members and attempt to search for units Scouts or Scouters, the site returns an error “You are not authorized to use this API” and no data is returned.
