Here is the expected behavior after a NHP award is completed:

The next award (#2) is available for earning.

However, for some scouts, the next award is not available:

There is no way to record NHP #2.

It is not always just the 2nd earning that is not available!

There is no way to earn #13.

@JoeMcKinley without giving BSA# or UserID and at what award# it stopped we have nothing to hand off

OK - reported - On User #1 what date was used?

@JoeMcKinley this is working as designed - you entered the last award with date yesterday - so you have to wait 90 days for the next award
