Scouts have until 12/31/2025 to earn the National Medal for Outdoor Achievement.

Hello,

I have a scout who completed the National Metal for Outdoor Achievement a month ago. Neither myself or our Council seem to be able to enter the award for him

When I mark it complete, with the date, I get “error - /0/awards/0/id - 1 is not greater or equal to 1”

My Council is unable to enter it with their tools either.

@MichaelFrantz did council Try Registrar Tools? often they try SB+. That is the patch I would try as we have basically entered the Holiday window on vacations

Council tried the Registrar Tool and that also did not work

@MichaelFrantz Please ask the local council to submit a help ticket.
