Need account merge

One of our parents wasn’t seeing our pack or his child in Scoutbook, and it turns out we need to merge his account.

What we have on file for our pack is SB# 10515983, BSA# 136597651. When he logs in, he sees BSA# 14176207 (SB# 12379396). Can we merge 14176207 into 136597651?
