Need accounts merged

I just noticed the following leader was marked in Scoutbook as not being on our roster in my.scouting.org

Looks like he has two different Id numbers.
Member Id 12097782 and 108867204
User Id 1604789
The first member Id seems to be what council has him listed in within my.scouting.org

@JamesSoltysiak this is fixed - the user should be using their my.scouting.org username (firstname.lastname) and password - not their email
