Need Solution for Managing / Ending Dropped Scouts

National really needs to come up with a solution to deal with the cubscouts who have dropped mid year. I ended the membership for approx 80 scouts on my roster but then national brought them all back to my roster so I created a Lost Sheep den. However, when you create a den you have to assign it a rank. Then when you are trying to update advancement for adventures you have to sort through all those Lost Sheep to find the actual active scouts in that rank to update only their advancement. Currently my AOL rank has 100+ scouts in it but I should only have 15 active scouts in the rank.

@RachelVirden - National is not on the forums so the best approach is to have your council request that enhancement. Or you could leave them out of a den.

We have previously requested better filtering by den on quick entry, which would help in this case and broader case of multiple dens per level.
