We have an issue with scouts continuing to sign up for events that are no longer open. We can’t see when each scout did reply, so we don’t know who the extras are.
@EmilySensenbach-Gopa that is in the backlog - we do not know when or if BSA will work on it
A work-around I’ve used for this in the past was to log in and turn off RSVPs. The old system retained the existing ones, which were only visible when “editing” the event.
I’m not sure what the current system does, but I’d be inclined to take a snapshot at the cutoff time before I tried turning them off, just in case the data is lost.
