When adding parent connections in Scoutbook, I accidentally added parents to 2 scouts who are not the parents but have the same name. When the system made me check for current adults, the wrong parents were added and can’t be deleted. I wish they showed more info when it shows the search results. How can these adults be deleted?
Only your council can remove erroneous parent connections, as far as I’ve been able to determine. It definitely can’t be done at the unit level. I believe it’s one of the things they can do using VST, but I may have the wrong tool listed.
As Charley mentioned, you should contact your council Registrar
I recommend using search by email or member number whenever possible.
