There is a scout that shows two people who are mothers; one is not correct.
@SteveCarano your council can solve this using the VST Tool
@SteveCarano - i can assure you if the use the VST that other parent will be removed. In my case I provided the BSA ID of the scout and the BSA ID of the person to be removed.
If the parent never completed the connection and has the broken chain icon you should be able to delete the connection yourself
