Need to merge two different member accounts

I accidentally created two different member IDs.

Need to merge them. I would like the background check/application for pack leader and YPT certificate to be all in the same place.

140646187 (one created originally by pack leader for me and has background check application)

140617895 (one I mistakenly created. Has YPT certificate attached to it)

log into my.scouting.org > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials

If something does not match up we can take a look @LauraGaribay

@LauraGaribay One did not have a DOB - I am fixed for you - all are merged

Trying to merge two member ID’s as one says my YPT is expired, but the other says i just did it in April.
I did the “manage member ID” process you noted above, but its still showing YPT expired.
The two ID’s BSA has for me are: 127049434 and 134681095 both are linked to my email: (removed by Moderator) and bithday (removed by Moderator)

Please advise.

@BenBigelow sometimes you have to switch the Primary for an hour or 2 for the training to merge
