I have a committee member who has two my.scouting.org accounts. Is there a way to merge them?
The account linked to Troop 50 & Pack 350 is XXXXX, BSA ID: 136002094
The second account (not linked to Troop 50 or Pack 350) is XXXXX, BSA ID: 12787585
Troop 50 and Pack 350 are under the Glacier’s Edge Council.
She has completed pervious training (e.g. YPT) under the 12787585 account but that account is not linked to the troop/pack. When she completed YPT under this account, I manually added it to the other account since that was the account associated to our troops and pack. She advises that she just completed her committee member position-specific training but I don’t see that training so I’m presuming it is also listed under the 12787585 account.
Her children are XXXXX (Troop 50) and XXXXX (Pack 350, Den 12).

@GregoryKosharek the user can log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials

@GregoryKosharek Manage Member ID does not work when the user’s name or date of birth (DOB) do not match.
This adult leader’s accounts should be fixed.

These Scoutbook accounts have been merged.
For the second one, BSA 14900429 is set as primary, because that is associated with his Committee Member registration. I recommend that he contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his child (or children). In the “Relationships” section, he should be listed as parent only under BSA 14900429. They should remove him if listed as parent under any other BSA numbers. Otherwise his BSA numbers might get switched at Recharter and another duplicate Scoutbook account might be created.

Member IDs can’t be merged only managed. Both MIDs are already on her my.scouting.org ID with the 122 MID as secondary.

We need to merge a parent account in cub scout pack.
140556118 and 140556118 . Both are the same! The first letter in the e-mail address, one big and one small, is the only difference I can find. Can you please look into this?

I have a scout that has 2 scoutbook accounts. His mom sees him as SB ID1245037 When he logs into SB he gets SB ID 424460 from his old council and cub scout record, but not his Scouts BSA info in current council. Current BSA ID 14252899. Thank you

This Scout has at least 3 Scoutbook accounts in multiple Councils. I am working to clean things up.

@BobbyJohnson1 Scoutbook is cleaned up - you need to talk to council - the scout is registered twice in your unit - once under each BSA # - so someone is double paying
