This evening in Scoutbook Plus, I’m encountering multiple failed attempts to access Needs Purchasing or Needs Awarding from multiple browsers and networks, clearing cache as well as site data and cookies.
The error is:
“You have encountered a problem with this feature. Please clear your cache and try again. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact your council.”
I can and will reach out to my local council if this is necessary, but also wanted to report the issue here.
Is this a known issue / bug, or is there a common cause such as an issue with my account? I am listed as advancement chair and key 3 delegate, and my registration is good through the end of this month. YPT is not expired, SYT is in progress.
Any advice, or just “make do with paper records for tonight’s Court of Honor, and hope time and bug reports heal all issues”? ![]()
