Old award showing in needs purchasing -- can't clear

Hi Scoutbook helpers, I’m a new advancement coordinator for our troop and I’m trying to do some clean-up: there is an award from 2022 that’s showing up as a “Needs Purchasing” alert in Scoutbook Plus, but this award has already been awarded and the scout is aged out of our unit. Within scoutbook, this award does not show up in the needs purchasing/needs approval reports — it’s only showing up in Scoutbook Plus under the alert icon at the top of the screen. How can I clear this alert?

It’s a Summit Award, earned on 2/23/2022.

I clicked generate report and it opens a new tab with an error:
“Report could not be loaded. Please try again.”

Back in Scoutbook Plus, an error message pops up at the top of the page that says:
“Error. Unable to find the user for the given userId.”

Here is what the Needs Purchasing alert looks like. You can see the alert bell at the top of the screen with the (1) on it. When I click that alert it opens this pop up. Nothing in this pop up is clickable except for “Generate Report” which returns those errors. I can’t mark as awarded because the scout is now an adult and no longer in our unit, and I can’t add to a PO. (Scout name blacked out for privacy.)
