Wondering if there is a way to create new/custom Calendar. Right now only options are Pack or individual Dens. I would like to add District/Council/School Events to the calendar so they are different than the Pack events.

Not at present. One option would be to create a fictitious den, and add all of the items to that calendar. You might also need to add the pack leadership to the den as Den Admins or similar so they could be added to get notifications on the events (if you wanted).
