Was SB+ open in a window/tab at that time?
@MatthewLongnecker Can you log in to Scoutbook (legacy) and go to your main pack page?
Do you see the Lion den there? Is the Lion den approved (green shield with checkmark)?
Yes, I did the “empty cache and hard reload” on a tab with SB+ open.
Yes, @JenniferOlinger , I was able to log into the legacy Scoutbook app and see the Lion Den. It has a green shield with a checkmark.
Two more bits of info.
- I created Lion Den 1 not long after deleting a no-longer-needed AOL Den 1.
- on SB+, when I open the roster filters, it is showing me checkboxes with my old Dens. For example. It shows AOL 1, but not Lion 1. Also, I recently updated Den 3 from Webelos to AOL. The filter list Webelos 3 instead of AOL 3.
@MatthewLongnecker if Tab was Open - the cache might not have totally cleared
I gave up and deleted all the browsing data for my browser as opposed to trying to clear site-specific caches. Now it appears to be working.
@DonovanMcNeil, if anyone else runs into this problem, don’t tell them to hold down shift and refresh. It won’t work.
I can confirm I had the same issue and clearing cookies for scouting.org sites fixed it for me. @MatthewLongnecker/@DonovanMcNeil People will know they did it right when they see the “website tour” popup appear.
For Chrome, people can paste the link “chrome://settings/content/all” (chrome:// instead of http://) to bring you to all cookies for all your sites. First I typed in scouting.org in the search and then clicked on “Delete displayed data” – DON”T click “Delete all data”
