New members registered in a troop are automatically added to all events

New members registered in a troop are automatically added to all events and not just events that have the whole troop invited. This results in situations were new scouts are automatically added to events like troop committee meetings or high adventure trips.

@JamesPeal - i seem to recall that this is actually not the case but rather someone using the feature assistant to add the new members to the calendar.

It definitely looks like someone is using the feature assistant. At one point I thought I saw that this feature was coming natively to the new calendar. Do you know if this is still happening?

@JamesPeal - I seem to recall that it is mentioned as being in the backlog. So, the person that used the feature assistant would need to remove those that were added to events that should not have been. Not a calendar bug.
