New parent login

I have a new parent that the auto generated password didn’t save on their computer. Security questions are saying incorrect to reset. Am I able to get an account reset please? I don’t have an ID # for the parent.
Scout’s scoutbook ID# is 12624730 BSA # is 14474582.

they can go to my.scouting.org - bottom right corner there is a BOT to reset password - they can just say forgot password - and say you do not know questions
