Unable to reset password (2)

Hi there,

I have a parent that is unable to reset their scoutbook password. They click on “forgot password” (I think on the website) and it just spins and does nothing.

Their Scoutbook plus ID is 140216506

Help!

@PaulThomas4 I looks like the parent was able to log in at my.Scouting earlier today.

If she needs to reset her password, it’s better to do it at my.Scouting using the chatbot (“Betty”).

The BSA member ID number she should be using is: 14453745.
