Parent forgot security question

We have a parent in our troop who has been unable to login, and cannot remember the security question answer.

The member ID is: 13957248

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to assist, or where we need to go to reset them/ do a password reset, etc…

Your Council can reset the password.

Or they can try the BOT in Bottom Right of my.scouting.org log in page - just tell it Forgot Password
