I added a new patrol a month ago and now I can’t see any if the Scouts in that patrol or the patrol at all when viewing from my phone in SB+. I can see them from my laptop and from. Legacy SB. No one else seems to be having this issue.
@MichelleHayden- have you checked the filters on your phone.
Sounds like either a cache or filter issue.

That is typically a cache issue.

@MichelleHayden- i would change some of the filter settings or select reset filter as it is obviously this device with the issue
Yes, I cleared my cache and it didn’t fix it.
