New Scout is showing in Scoutbook and in Internet Advancement but is not synced

I can’t find how to get them to sync. I can put in Advancement into Scoutbook but I cannot log hiking or anything on Internet Advancement. I’ve never had this happen before but this is our first new Scout in a while.
