I have a parent and scout in my troop that as of last night are getting a Whoops! error after logging in and trying to access the dashboard. They are having the issue in both Chrome and Safari and even after I had them clear the browser cache. They are also getting the same error on their phone.
Check their membership. How many memberships are in the current membership section?
1 and that hasn’t changed.

Please ask the parent to include as much identifying information as they can (full name, BSA member numbers (if know), unit number, council name, devic(es) and browsers being used to access Scoutbook).
