My member ID is 130762978. Last week, I was able to add the missing youth I was counseling as MB counselor in Scoutbook Plus that I had in Scoutbook legacy. Unfortunately, this week, I am getting 403 “You don’t have access to this trail” error when I click on the Counseled Youth link in Scoutbook Plus. Can you help troubleshoot this?
@PeterLee5 Do you mean the MBC Dashboard? And you are under the MBC Profile in the top right drop down?
That was the issue! Changing my role to the MBC Profile in the upper right gives me access to the MBC functionality and the counseled youth. Thanks for the quick reply!
