No +Add Position/Role Button for leader

I have an adult leader whose account won’t allow me to add positions/roles for him. He previously had two accounts that were merged, and now I can’t assign him any roles. Are you able to look into this and fix for us?

@KathrynAlva that is the wrong BSA # - 133496137 is the registered number - that is all fixed now. They need to use their my.scouting.org user name and password to log in - NOT their email - the username is everything before the @ of their email
