I have a leader who the add role button is missing. In searching around it appears this can happen when a leader has 2 bsa id’s, but all hers I can see are the same. At any rate, wondering if someone can take a look and see if there is an issue that can be resolved. Leader is Pack 328, Capital Area Council and the id# we see is 141489833. Do you mean the ADD under Profile/Positions in Legacy Scoutbook?

Thanks Donovan, I mean “+ Add Position / Role” when you click on the leader in the roster in legacy scoutbook. I’m trying to give pack admin, but there is no button so I’m not able to give anything. I also notice there several other leaders with the same issue, but many others have the button. So far I’m not able to figure what the difference is between the ones that have the don’t
@RoyStiles - try this - Go to unit Roster in Scoutbook > Click your name > click Admin > click Update > Log out and back in - that might solve it
I assume you mean click on Pack Admin. I had already tried that although I didn’t log out and back in, but just did the whole thing again logged out and back in and still the same. Then I did it again updating Pack Admin & Committee Chair, logged out and cleared the scouting.org cookies and data, logged back in and still no button.
