Can't add new leadership position for adult leader

Hello,

I am trying to update a current adult leader’s position in Scoutbook. I do not have the “+ Position/Role” button on the Positions and Roles screen. It appears to be active for some adults in my pack, but not others. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

@MelissaRoder I think you are hitting a known bug where your recharter is not fully processed by council
