No guardian with email

Hi there, when we try to message youth with MID 135996135 through SB+ we see he is greyed out with the text “no guardian with email” beside his name. I can see his father (MID 137237656) is connected to him and his father’s email address appears under the father’s profile. Any idea how to fix this so we can message the scout? See attached screenshots.

@JamieWaskey no the relationships are a little messed up - the council registrar should take a look at the relationships.

@JamieWaskey I did sync the email for the father - but not sure if that will solve it
