When scouts log in their service hours and i go to approve the scouts name is not shown. The scout ID number is listed but that is very cumbersome to use to find the scout.
@JohnFord so let me understand. Instead of the unit putting in hours in mass for an event, each scout enters them personally?
Does this display the same for other approvals?
The items in Question were entered by the scout. Some events were individual or had a few scouts in the troop so they were not mass entered. We area boy led troop and out responsibility for tracking camping hiking and service on the scouts. Most still use the handbook for this.
@JohnFord - it almost seems like a cache issue
But what do the other approves show - like Merit Badges. Do they show names? I would try an Incognito window too
