Missing Scouts from Scoutbook Plus

I have 2 scouts that are missing from Scoutbook Plus for our Troop. They are in our Legacy Scoutbook and my.scouting roster.

I am the Committee Chair and have full access.

@PatrickGlasgow go to Roster > top right Filters > Click RESET FILTERS

@DonovanMcNeil Same issue as Patrick. Reset Filters didn’t help. Also CC with Full Access

While browsing in the SB+ new permissions tab, I did see the youth under “Calendar (Youth)” but they were missing the “Youth Member” tag that other youth had

@JamesSperry I think this is fixed.

The parent with first initial S. has 3 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting. Your local council can merge them for her.

@DonovanMcNeil Every leader in my unit has run into this. Why isn’t this the default to show the scouts with the renewal status? Checking all those boxes and suddenly our scouts came back. Its clearly an issue since a banner was put up about it. Make it the default and save yourself and all of your users headaches.

It is the default, however the flags associated with it are 100% new, so there is no status set for it in the locally cached data for SB+. As a result, we all had to force a refresh and/or clear data to pull the new defaults down.

I have a scout in 2 Councils. Shows up in Scoutbook and My.Scouting.Org but not in Scoutbook Plus. In Scoutbook her previous council number is listed as Current and her new council number is now listed as her Previous Member ID. Old number is Northeast Georgia - 137215405, New number is Gulf Stream Council - 141510490. Can you help me? I tried the Reset Filters. It didn’t work.

@DonovanMcNeil I did hit reset filters and still they are not there.

@PatrickGlasgow they are there - I would then Clear cache for the browser

This is a weird thing where one Scout is listed as Father of his brother. The local council will need to fix with their Registrar Tools.
