NOA award not "sticking"

I’m trying to award NOA Adventure segment to scout 130867160. Navigating there from the scout’s Awards page in SB takes me to SB+, where it keeps erroring out when I submit. Navigating there from the Troop’s Quick Entry for Awards feature in SB takes me to SB+ as well, but to a different interface that SEEMS to work. It lets me enter all the things, spins for an appropriately long time while the record is being updated, and then gives me a confirmation popup that the award has been approved. Hooray?

Only it’s not. The award doesn’t appear in the Needs Purchasing list, nor does it appear on that Scout’s award page. I’ve repeated this process a few times yesterday and today, with the same result. Late last week I did the same thing for other scouts (Camping segment), but it kept me in SB (not SB+) and worked.

Yes NOA award seem to have an issue in SB+ - watch the change log for updates.

Also, the NOA devices don’t show for those that already received it, nor are they showing up correctly in the list under All Awards. The center emblem does not show as earned either.

Same - none of these awards will save. I have COH in less than a week and cannot post kids’ awards. The rollout of this change is just horrible. Every badge we tried to enter last night would not work correctly either. Nothing works. The interface is horrible. Everything is slow.
