I just spent 2 days entering notes in the NOA’s to keep track of hours and activities and since the switch they are all gone……
The data should all be there. I need the Scouting America Member ID (no names) of the Scouts and the awards you were entering to have develoeprs investigate.
So did I. But I was only working on it this afternoon. The notes for the individual requirements seem to be there but the notes for the whole award are gone.
I know I added several adventures to the notes and there are no spots for recording the dates for the ten adventures now. I also added notes for recording the service hours for conservation and hours for riding. Yep, I have the same issue as well. No notes for the whole award.

Natl outdoor award won’t ‘save’ when marking complete citing missing prior requirements, but there are no requirements listed for the award. Looks like "Scoutbook MINUS” forgot these existed. I have Court of Honor coming up next week and cannot complete awards for kids. I now have to keep a side log and pray that someone reverts this disaster back to the old format. There is zero positive to say about the switch that hit yesterday.

NOAs are not restricted awards so you do not need an advancement report to purchase them.
All of our notes have disappeared, regardless of where they were entered (NOAs, MBs, everything). Hopefully this information is recoverable and will be transferred into SB+ in a timely manner.

Same issue. A lot of effort goes into promoting the awards, get kids to participate (and remember what they did), and update the records over time…to be crushed by technology. Hope it gets fixed soon!
