I have a scout who completed their Eagle on 5-5-25 and was marked approved by council. The scout had his COH, but I am not able to mark his Eagle rank as “Awarded.” I am the Advancement chair for the Troop and have full access to all scouts in our Troop. The Error message I am getting is “Eagle rank can only be updated by Council Registrar and Registrar Admin.”
This is a known issue.
