Hi, I have a scout that was marked Eagle December 3, 1963. I see from a earlier topic in July of 2019 that an error such as this needs to be cleared by Membercare. How can I open a ticket to get this Scouts rank fixed? Thank you
@kathyglynn Your council should be able to remove it with their Registrar tools.
If that doesn’t work, they can submit a help ticket to National.
