I’m attempting to mark Eagle Scout rank as awarded for two Scouts (134835221 and 130803987), but I receive an error stating that it can only be updated by the Council Registrar and Registrar Admin.

Yes, they are the same Eagles that were approved in the other screen. Issue could be related to the other?
no this is like the error to approve Eagle just went a little to far
I saw the same thing… two Scouts who are adult participants in our Venturing Crew suddenly showed up in the new “Needs Awarding” list. (Maybe not “suddenly”, but the new interface was the first time I noticed it.) They earned that rank a couple of year ago, and the error says that only council can update the Awarded status.

similar issue with 4 of our scouts. Try to award and get the same error and all of them show that they still need to complete the BoR but they have all been approved and awarded.
Can you post the text of the error message you are getting? Are these Eagle Scouts or other ranks?
It is the same as the screenshot as the original poster. It is Eagle Scouts now showing as not having a Board of Review and the Eagle Rank as Approved but not Awarded. When trying to mark them as Awarded it shows the “Eagle rank can only be updated by Council Registrar and Registrar Admin.”
