Hello. I am able to record Scouts/Leaders for attendance, but not Parents. This is important for traceability.
Please provide your bsa member number and you position in the unit.
Are the parents explicitly added to the event? That is, are they showing up and you can’t mark them or are they not showing up at all?

I am a Den Admin.
I add my parents as “invitees”. When I toggle the attendance button on a calendar event, I am able to “star” any leaders and scouts, but not any of the adults/parents that I invited to the event.
In the picture above, Amy and Andy are parents.
