I am having trouble with the record not showing it was updated so it wouldn’t allow me to award the Rank. I entered the date, checked it was awarded and then save. I then checked the 2 boxes stating it was awarded and approved but on the main page it was showing as Not Started. It did that for 3 achievements and it wouldn’t allow me to go award the final Rank. When I clicked on Scoutbook Legacy and checked the advancements page for the scout it took me back to Scoutbook Plus and then it was fixed and I was able to select Awarded for the final Rank. This is a bug but I was able to find a backwards way of fixing it. I wanted to bring this to someone’s attention because I am sure I am not the only person this is happening to.

What is the Scout’s member ID number? (No names, please)
What rank are you trying to add?
Are you just trying to add the rank or individual requirements?
Are you trying to mark the rank as Completed or Approved?
I suspect it is just a refresh issue. If you used the back button instead of navigating to the page, it was not updated. If you clicked the Refresh button, you would have seen the change.

141208752 is the member’s ID number and it was for the Rank of Bear.
I was working on recording several of his achievement ranks and then the final Bear rank. The individual achievements were showing as not started and the electives as well. Then when I tried to award the Bear Rank it stated that I had to have the others completed prior to being award the final Rank. I of course know this.
I tried a backdoor approach and went into the Scoutbook Legacy and then when I went to his profile and selected his advancement it took me back to Scoutbook Plus and then everything was updated and then I was able to Award him the Rank of Bear. So right now everything looks correct but I thought someone needed to know there is a bug and just not sure how to fix it.

Actually I did that several times and it didn’t care about being refreshed. I also logged out and logged back in several times during the day and that didn’t matter either. I have been working on this since 7am.
I just called counsel and they suggested that I post this bug so you would at least be aware.

I am using Microsoft Edge, it is what our agency uses. No add in’s.

No not that I know of.
@Mary_PatDonals - you mentioned agency, which made me think jurisdiction which if they are handling their network properly has the internet behind a proxy. If behind a proxy then the internet is cached at the proxy and may case delays in end user refresh by nature.
Oh, okay. But it was weird that all I had to do was go out of the one system and go to the old one and then go back. Yes I guess that would be a refresh kind of.
Again I thought I would just let someone know in case anyone else has the issue. I hope I don’t.
