The scout was in another den pack and transferred to ours. The previous pack did everything on paper therefore many things were not entered. He is currently an AOL, but his rank still shows as a Bear.
In the screen below you can see where he started Webelos but was never awarded the rank. I know he has completed the rank because I know the family. I try to go in and add dates to complete the information, but am unable to because the system says he is too old.
When you go to look at the AOL side I click on start and I get the error at the top of the screen.
Now if I click on the Adventure, you can see that he has completed it, but it doesn’t show.
Any help would be Awsome!!!
