Have the issues related to the NOAA devices and notes been updated in Scoutbook+?

If not, do we have an estimate for when this will be completed? The issue has been open since the migration and we’d like to update our troop as we currently are manually tracking 160+ scouts.

If so, can you please review Scout ID: 133114114 as none of their notes or completed devices are showing in SB+.

I haven’t seen an announced fix, and I watch them pretty carefully.

The SBUAC has been clear that IT does not provide timelines on fixes. What is communicated, via the SBUAC members in the forums if a true bug has been identified and passed on to the developers.

Landed on this page and hoping there is a fix? We have an Eagle scout that has earned/received 5 NOAA award segments, the NOAA medal, and multiple devices. These show as completed when you run a report for him, but since the migration to Scoutbook Plus, the “Awards” section where you enter new data for completions has vanished all his prior completions, including for devices that are still in progress. He would like to continue to work on the devices until aging out – in fact has completed over the summer – but presently has no ability to enter them on Scoutbook. There are others in the troop also working on these segments/devices, most younger so there is more time to recover that info for them and allow them to keep progressing. Is there a way to recover the past awards-earned info? For reference, please see scout at ID# is130882526. Thank you.

Have similar case with Scout having earned another acquatics gold device but previously earned one is not showing in Scoutbook+. Also, the date for some of his segments are incorrect. These are the ones where he earned more than the required merit badges and Scoutbook+ is using the date of the last badge earned rather than the date of the last badge needed to meet the required. (e.g. for aquatics earn one of Canoeing, Fishing, Fly-Fisihing, … he has earned 6 of them). Scout ID 134233508.
