In our troop, the Patrol Advisors update the individual Scouts paper books into Scoutbook, using the Notes to validate which SM/ASM signed off on the requirements. Those are gone now.
More importantly for other awards, like the National Outdoor Achievement (ALL), we use the Notes to track the specific requirements (ie time on water for Aquatics) since it will take Scouts a while to fulfill them. Those are gone too and will take a large effort to try and restore them by sifting through binders, calendars, individual records for ~70 Scouts participating in these programs.
Please provide a way to either access the old data/site, be able to download the old data, and/or migrate the notes to the new platform.
