It is in the backlog - we do not know If or When BSA IT will work on it
What does backlog refer to? Is that just a to-do list and if so, is that available to view somewhere?
Also, is there a public Roadmap available like this?:

No. It’s been requested many times before, and the BSA (via the SUAC volunteers) has said they don’t intend to make such public at any point.
Also no. Same non-explanation for why (BSA told SUAC volunteers to tell everyone who asks “no”).
