Bug Fixes

  • Activity Logs
    • Increased the activity log titles to accept event titles.
    • Added categories to activity logs created in calendar events
  • Cub Scout Program Levels
    • Cub Scout Program Levels are now capitalized.
  • Event Display
    • An issue that caused events scheduled for the first week of the month to display in the wrong month has been fixed.
  • Location Field
    • The Location Field has been increased to 300 characters to allow direct copy/paste of the URL from Google Maps.
    • The location now displays with a direct link
  • Mobile Devices
    • An issue that prevented adding events when using a mobile device has been fixed.
  • RSVP
    • An issue that allowed parents to RSVP to events where their child was not invited has been fixed. Parents will now only be able to RSVP for events where they or their child is invited.
    • The section label Invitees has been changed to Invitees/Attendees
    • The My Youth Connections section will be expanded by default when looking at a calendar event with the Parent/Guardian role selected. This section will only be shown if the youth has been invited to the event.
  • RSVP Quick Entry
    • An issue that caused an error when using Quick Entry to remove an attendee from the RSVP list has been fixed.
  • Sub-Unit Events
    • An issue that caused sub-unit events to be shown as unit events has been fixed.
  • Unit Admin Read/Write Access
    • An issue that prevented unit admins from editing the calendar has been fixed.

New Features

  • Event Descritpion
    • A WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Editor has been added to the Event Description section of the Edit Event screen to allow adding rich text to the description.
  • External Guests
    • External Guests, individuals not associated with the unit, are now supported. The guests first name, last name and e-mail address are required.
  • RSVP Filter
    • The RSVP filter allows sorting by First Name or Last Name
  • RSVP Report
    • A link to the RSVP report has been added to the event screen below the Invitee/Attendee list.
  • Start/End Date/Time Field
    • The Start/End Date/Time fields are now prefixed with the word Event to better distinguish from the Recurrence End Date field.
