Old SB Account Needs to Merge with New SB Account

We have a Scout who has transferred from Alabama to our Unit, which makes his 5th unit in 5 years.

His father filled out a paper application for both him and his younger brother. His brother transferred over into both my.scouting.org & Scoutbook with no problems. Everything looks good.

However, this scout did transfer over into my.scouting.org & Scoutbook none of his advancement records or Scoutbook records did.

This Scout’s new information is:
Member ID # 141356197
SB User ID # 14055065

His previous information is:
Member ID # 140381429
Previous Member ID # 137288863
SB User ID # 582872

Any help merging his old / previous accounts to.his new accounts would be much appreciated.

The reason the Scout’s accounts didn’t merge is for the 3 MIDs you provided, 2 have different first names and the 3rd has no middle name.

I merged his SB accounts and fixed his names in Akela to use his full, legal FN and MN.

There is still an open membership in his old troop in Scoutbook. You can end this by going to his membership page in Scoutbook, selecting that troop membership and entering an end date.

I also fixed his my.scouting.org account to use his current MID and list the other 2 MIDs as secondary.
