We submitted and paid our recharter in December but it still hasn’t been processed. Council says that since it was submitted online, all they can do is open a ticket and leave a voice mail message for the national support.
We’re coming on three months though so hope is fading. Any suggestions on how to move this along?

Your Council should have been able to tell you what is going on. According to the status I see for Troop 0513, National Capital Area Council, the charter is waiting for your Charter Org Rep to approve.
